Legendary Radio and Stage Host Liz Black is Nominated for a Stellar Award!

The Stellar Awards is the grand exhibition of inspirational talent personified through music and Liz Black is a tour de force in the Gospel world. Liz, as a veteran on-air talent and emcee, has used her skills to create an uplifting space over the airwaves and has been nominated for the 33rd Annual Stellar Award Gospel Announcer of the Year Award! Liz has been thrice nominated previously in 2012, 2014 and 2017 respectively.

The spiritual powerhouse that is Liz Black is a veteran of the stage and radio, but continuously takes a fresh take on all things inspirational. With her ear to the gospel streets, Liz has been able to create meaningful dialogue and conversation through her humor, joyous, faith-filled and people-centered approach. Her credits include voicing the opening for BET’s “Joyful Noise” introducing the show’s host Tye Tribbett and hosting NYC’s “Sunday Praise” on WBLS 107.5 and its sister station WLIB 1190 AM. The much sought-after emcee is a legend in the radio and the gospel circuit.
